Privacy Policy

This policy explains what iTi collects, who can see it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and the ministry you choose (men's or women's).
• Your mobile phone number and date of birth.
• The church location you ask to join, and the date you accepted these policies.
• What you add in the app, such as check-ins and notes.

Who can see it

• Your name is visible to members of your own ministry at your church, including its other locations.
• Your phone number and date of birth are visible only to you and to your group's admins.
• Men's and women's ministries are kept separate, and other churches can't see your information.
• We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Why we use it

To run your account, let your group's admin confirm who you are, send you sign-in and account emails, and keep the service secure. We use your date of birth to confirm you're 18 or older.

Where it's kept

Data is stored with our hosting providers (Supabase for the database and sign-in, Cloudflare for the website, and an email provider for account emails), who process it only on our behalf.

Your choices

You can update your details, leave your group, or ask us to delete your account and its data. Contact your church's ministry leader or the iTi team to make a request.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll show the new version and ask you to accept it.
